It is better to work as a team than as an individual to


succeed. Use specific reasons and examples to support
your answer.

Steve jobs once said,” Great things in business are never done by
one person; they are done by a team of people.”. It is acceptable that
great teams work together to accomplish great results. Working
individually is also beneficial for some reasons but from my point of view,
it is better to work in group or team.
To commence with, working in groups will absolutely raise the
enthusiasm for the whole team to bring out more ideas and foster both
individual and team knowledge. It helps everyone to work in a more open
environment encouraging communication throughout the day, bringing
the right people together and getting things done in the most efficient
manner possible. Each team member pushing up each other will
accomplish the tasks and projects while the individual has to survive and
stress out alone.
Secondly, working together for a human is a more productive process
than working in isolation. Teamwork also maximizes the chances of
learning from each other experiences the things that you can use for the
rest of your career. We can get unique collaborating skills and
brainstorming skills from getting involved in groups and teams.
Truly, sports and music industries are the best examples for the
advantages of working as a team. Without team spirits and balanced
teamwork, there will be several difficulties to take part in playing
different kinds of sports. Moreover, in a band or music orchestra, we
must learn to work well with the team around us for that music to
work.
Last but not least, it is crucial for all for us to work together even
in a broad society so that we can be active and productive with co-
workers and partners.
