SUBJECT: RETAINER AGREEMENT

Greetings!

We wish to inform your good office that I amaccepting retainer agreements with
selected clients and friends.

The terms and scope of work covered by the proposed retainer’s agreement are as
follows:

1. Free consultation on per “appointment basis” or on-site visitation including


routine documentation and in-office legal research in relation to the business;

2. Provide legal opinion in relation to your business and general interest as well as
review of letters/communications on per “request basis”;

3. Notarization of documents and/or legal papers except deeds and contracts not in
the course of your primary business;

4. Unless otherwise prohibited by law and established legal ethics, The LAW FIRM
may also represent you on any labor, civil, criminal, administrative, land cases and
all other issues requiring legal counsel before any government or private entity at a
discounted professional fee to be agreed upon later by the parties in addition to the
monthly retainer’s fee, taking into consideration the following factors:

( a ) the amount of the claim involved;


( b ) the time spent in the said case;
( c ) the venue of the case;
( d ) the parties involved and;
( e ) the importance of the case;;

5. In handling specific cases, reproduction of documents and mailing expenses shall


be separately charged. Transportation, hotel, and other legitimate expenses
attending to and representing the aforementioned cases shall also be separately
charged. A minimum Appearance fee shall also be agreed upon by the parties
upon engagement of specific cases;

In this regard, we are willing to perform the above stated work upon the signing of
this agreement for a retainer fee of 00 per month which shall be paid every 1st week of the
month. This Retainer agreement may, however be cancelled by either party on thirty (30)
days prior written notice.

Let me further inform you that upon perfection of our retainer contract, the LAW
FIRM will be prohibited from accepting any case against your interest unless with your
consent or otherwise allowed by law and the Code of Ethical standards.

Should you find this proposal useful and advantageous to your company please sign
the space below signifying your conformity to said contract or you may otherwise contact us
for further clarification.

This serves as an intention to sign on your part to enter into a written contract between
you and our firm and shall take effect immediately upon its signing until sooner revoked by
any of the parties upon advise one month prior to its termination;
