2. What can be inferred from the results of the analysis?

According to the analysis, the most of errors comes from the long delays in execution compared to
the other complaints in 1st table. But the erroneously sent orders also has the second largest number
of complaints. But when look at the 2nd table, we need to consider about the cost of 1 complaint.
Because even delivery has the 752 of complaints, it will cost more that the other complaints due to
high cost per one delivery error (80 ERU).

In my opinion, to reduce the damages and decrease the cost from errors, clothing company should
pay more attention to their management process. Because customers will not satisfy with the long
wait. To do that, company should hire more employees to deliver more efficiently. And also,
company should train the delivery employees to do their job in right way. Then it will reduce the
delivery and money will save from errors.
