*. To execute and supervision of Emergency shutdown activities like common shutdown and main
shutdown actives.

*. Pressure test witnessing of pipe spools and pipe lines. Monitoring and witnessing of subcontractor
piping works. Test pack review and submission to client for approve. After test pack approve submit to
subcontract. Pressure test preparation. Y Punch and Reinstatement clearance.

*. To supervise and execute demolition and Relocated of existing pipelines.

*. To Execute and supervision of shutdown Activities like Hook-Up, Tie-In and Hot Tapping of A/G
Piping.

*. To Execute and supervision of Hydro testing, Flushing, Chemical Cleaning, Pigging and drying of

Piping system and equipments.

*. To Execute and supervision of punch list clearance for Hydro testing and Reinstatement for final

Documentation.

*. Making Methods of statement before start the work for client approval.

*. Fabrication, Erection and alignment of steel structural as per client requirement.

*. To review for compliance with drawings, specification, codes, projects standards such as relevant

National and International codes (ASME, ANSI, AWS, API, BS, NACE) and standards during Execution

( Tube, Code API 661, ASTM A 179 ).

*. Inspection of Retubing and Making for Straight tube heat exchanger.

*. Boroscopy Inspection of Fin Fan cooler tube.

*. Hydro-jetting of Heat exchanger and coolers. ( Hydro jetting pressure 12000 to 15000 Psi ).

*. To execute of spading and despading of shutdown activities.

*. To execute and supervision of steam jacketing and steam tracing lines.

*. To Installation of cement lining spools and fusion epoxy pipe spools.

*. To installation of RTRP, GRP and FRP Pipe spools.
