SUBJECT: Implementation of Standard Operation Procedure (SOP)
We are concern about the current safety measures in our company, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic at
Global Target Co. The implementation of SOP can be used to meet regulatory requirements, decrease health and safety
concerns, or just work in a consistent and efficient manner across an organization.
We have concluded that there will be several changes that will occur within the company during Conditional Movement
Control Order (CMCO) for the health and safety of our staff member. The Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) will
start to take effect on the 29th October 2021.
As you know the cases in our country is rising exponentially and the government has ordered everyone including the
companies and organization to follow the SOP to avoid more cases. Our company has taken some safety precautions
that needs to be followed by all employees. The safety precautions are as the following:
1. All staff members are required to wear a face mask at all time this is because we do not want our employees to
get affected Covid-19.
2. Every employees who enters the building will be screened, as well as his or her temperature will be taken when
reporting to work and any employees who has a fever at or above 37.5 or people who are experiencing the
symptoms of the virus will be send back home.
3. To avoid our staffs from getting affected by the virus we would like employees to imply social distancing so that
they don’t get affect by physical contact.
4. We would like everyone to constantly use hand sanitizer to keep your hands from germs free
We would like to encourage all our employees to follow this SOP safety measurement that has been stated by our
company. Our company is really strict about employees following this rules because this is to ensure the safety and
health of our employees. Please keep in mind that any employees who tries to ignore this SOP safety precautions will be
punished by paying fine RM 1000 to the company.
