KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Donation, made and executed by [NAME OF DONOR], of


legal age, single, Filipino, residing at [ADDRESS], hereinafter called the
DONOR, in favor of [NAME OF DONEE], hereinafter called the DONEE.

WITNESSETH

That the DONOR is the registered owners of that certain real property

property with the house and improvements thereon free from all liens and

That the DONOR hereby state for the purpose of giving full effect to this
DONATION, that she has reserved for herself in full ownership sufficient
properties to support her and her family in a manner appropriate for their
needs.

That the DONEE hereby accepts this donation of the above-described


real property expresses his gratitude for the kindness and liberality of the
DONOR.
