Interpretation:

The above chart shows that 65% of the respondents are homemakers,7% are
students and the remaining respondents belong to various working groups such as
entrepreneurs, professionals etc..

Interpretation:

As per the above chart, 7% of the customers visit the shop on weekly basis, 48% of
the customers visit the shop monthly, 40% visit the shop once in 6 months and the
remaining 5% visit the shop once a year.

Interpretation:

As per the above chart, 67% of the customers have visited other cloth stores and

Interpretation:

As per the above chart 55% of the customers have switched to other outlets
because of better offers and discounts provided by the competitors. 25% of them
felt that the reason to switch to other outlets was better employee service, 13% of
them felt that the price for the products was more favorable at the other stores.

number of employees, whereas the remaining 15% of the customers feels the need

As per the above chart, 40% of the customers feel that the employees posses a high
level of approach in providing the service, 30% of the customers feel that the level
approach is medium, 18% of the customers feel that the level of approach is low
and needs to be improved.

As per the above chart, 55% of the customers have experienced a high level of
response from employees while providing the service, whereas 28% of them feel
that the response of employees is average, 15% of the customers have experienced
a low response from employees.
