Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better – Albert Einstein
Science is our favorite subject – young generations
Folks, guests, Sir and Madam, parents and young scientists, Welcome to the District Science
Fair, 2015. We are now celebrating this event with a theme Environmental Protection and
Conservation of Ecosystem.

To officially start our program, let us be enlightened with a doxology by SIGLA dancers of
Ligaya E/S choreographed by Mrs. Grace M. San Juan and be reunited with a prayer from Mrs.
Riza T. Bautista, School Science Chairman. Singing of the national anthem will follow to be
conducted by Mrs. Eliza B. Hilario, Teacher II of LES. Next is our promise to our Native Land
to be led by Mr. Willy DS. Santos, Teacher III of LES.

I request everyone to please stand as sign of respect and may I take this opportunity to remind
our young scientists that we do not have to clap for the doxology.

Why we do not have to clap for the doxology, well that is your assignment. I will check that
tomorrow. (Adlib then anyways) And to give our mind something to digest, let us have the newly
hired Teacher I of Mabaldog P/S, our Practice Teacher way back 2013, Sir. Ramil T. Gagala.
Please give him a big hand.

Thank you Sir Ramil.. _____________________

Are you familiar with the name Rowan Atkinson? In real life, he is an electrical engineer turned
comedian who also turned as life-saver. He once saved a plane load of passenger during a flight
after the pilot fainted. With this incident, we could hypothetically assume that we can also do
something significant by an [Link] that’s all for this moment.

At this point in time, let us hear a message from one of our ever supportive stakeholders here at
Ligaya. A mother of our Editor-in-Chief and at present, our GPTA Secretary, none other than,
Mrs. Lalaine Parungao Villasana. Let us give her a round of applause.

Thank you Ate Lalaine.

This moment, another message of inspiring words will be coming from our loyal guests and
always at our side in all events here in our school. The hardworking Education Committee
Chairman of Barangay Ligaya, our very own, Mr. Jojo P. Gagala. Please give him a warm round
of applause.

Thank you very much po…

In international world, we have these famous environmental advocates such as Erin Brockovich,
Vandana Shiva and Alicia Silverstone. They are an example of being a nature – lover and an
advocate of a greener world. But we do not have to go elsewhere to know such person, because
here in Ligaya E/S, we have our own environmental advocate, the Mame of all teachers here,
Mrs. Mercedita L. Pagaragan, let us give her a big big hand.

Thank you mam..

He once become a pride of his school during his elementary days, a simple man dreaming big for
his ka-barangay, a responsible father of all Ligayanians, and a loving husband of (not all of
course) but his only wife, the most handsome Brgy Captain in the district of Gabaldon, let’s give
it up to Mr. Franklin C. Bocalere. Let us give him a big hand.

Thank you Kap.

At this point, this next person is known to be a very supportive father for his four princesses and
a much loving husband to the one and only Mam Sonia. But don’t you know that that his name
originates from Latin meaning kind, friendly and well-born. As a proof, let us have our beloved,
Schools District Supervisor, none other than, Sir Benigno S__________ Diozon. Please give him
a warm round of applause.

Thank you sir.

Now, who among you are familiar with the dance craze Milo Champs? And to break the ice, let
us be entertained by the Milo Champ Dancers of Ligaya E/S supervised by our very talented
teachers Mam Grace Marzo San Juan and Mrs. Reynaline C. Tenoria. Once again. Le’t give it up
to Ligaya’s Milo Champ Dancers.

Wow. Isn’t it amazing? (adlib)

And to continue, (adlib cheers)…. Let us have a roll call to be given to us by a Teacher III of
Malinao E/S, Mrs. Mary Ann G. Carpio.. please give her a big hand.

Thank you mam…

We are the ruler of our life, and we gave criteria to our decisions. But at this point, let us give her
the right to rule this contest. For the Contest Rule and Criteria for Judging, let us have Mam
Perla Y. Ayap, School Science Chairman of Gabaldon Central. Please give her a round of
applause.

At this moment, to give the introduction, backgrounds, and some related literature about our
judges, may I call on one of the newest teachers in our district, from Bagting E/S, Mam Ann
Marie Concepcion F. Doliente. Please give her a big big hand.

And in Contest Room Assignment…. May I call on, my self… please give me a warm and big
hand of applause… (adlib)

Once again, young scientists, let us show the world that you are really the future’s hope. Pray
before the contest, do your best, and God will do the rest.. See this afternoon for the awarding.. I
