I. PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Project Title : COMPLETION OF SCHOOL LOW FENCE


Location : San Vicente Elementary School
Beneficiaries : Pupils, Teachers and PTA members
Budget Requirement : Php 10 000.00
Budget Requested : Php 10 000.00

II. RATIONALE

A school is an institution that shapes the future of our children and


youths. It is a place where every pupil finds himself/herself a sense of
belongingness regardless of their socio economic status.

One of the goals of the Department of Education is every school in the


country should be A Child Friendly School. Where, every school should be a safe
place for everybody. Aside from providing each child a quality education, it
should also be a place conducive for learning.

San Vicente Elementary school teaching staff and PTA officials work hand
in hand to achieve this goal. However, the school lacks funds to provide the
priority needs of the children. Hence, we are asking the support of our
stakeholders to realize this dream.

Presently, San Vicente Elementary School is planning to implement a


project which is the Completion of the School Low Fence. SVES staff and PTA
Officials prioritize this project because aside from making a safe place for the
children. It can also prevent the stray animals to enter the school campus, thus,
preventing these animals to destroy the school vegetable garden.
III. OBJECTIVES:

- To provide children a safe place to stay.


- To realize the goal of having a Child Friendly School.
- Provide children a place conducive for learning.
- To prevent stray animals to enter the school premises.

IV. METHODOLOGY:

The Project Proposal is to Complete the Low Fence of San Vicente


Elementary School Thru:

1. The support of Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) from the


Special Education Fund (SEF)
2. PTA members rendering voluntary works
3. Teachers’ support and help from other stakeholders.

V. SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES:

During Brigada Eskuwela on May 2019.
