to satisfy their needs and how they evaluate their satisfaction after they have attained
those goals
The choices of government regulation, competitors, and strategic allies are all included
in the external environment. Thus, facilities are the only ones left, and I presumed it is under the
physical work environment.
I crosscheck this information on our e-book. Indeed, the presumption that people have
little ambition falls under Theory X. Besides, the correct answer presented on canvas states that
Theory X encompasses internally motivated people, which could be proven wrong since Theory
X entails negative thoughts.

According to our lesson, organizational culture pertains to an organization’s personal


values and beliefs. This statement itself is aligned with the statement of the management of
Unicorn designs since their primary reason to implement wearing color-coded shirts is ”to make
the company become a vibrant and fun place to work.”

According to the definition of satisficing, one must search for all the possible alternatives
until you meet things that will satisfy what you need.
