I am a newly graduated nursing student looking ways to expand my knowledge in the medical field, I

heard this position from the former professor, for why I want to work here, as an advocate patient care,

and in the pursue helping people as an advocacy I want to put all my knowledge in action, I want to truly

understand the meaning of taking care of a patient, being in scenario in which all of my years of gaining

and understanding patient care, and utilize all of the knowledge I have and to be able to enhance those

skills and hone them to the best of my ability.

My greatest strength for me is that, I have tenacity, to be able to preserve even in dire situation, I know

all too well my weakness and I feel that is also my strength, to be able to understand where I lack and to

improve on those weaknesses I have, that being said, I know that I lack in terms of leadership skills, to

be able to handle that kind of responsibility is not something I’m used to just yet, but nonetheless I want

to improve upon on it, and I know if I get into this company, it will be the perfect opportunity to not only

improve on my shortcomings but as well as develop new skills that can only be attain through this

establishments fine assets and great work etiquette from among the staffs and medical teams alike.

Those reasons for me are a reason for you to hire, I am a new upcoming nurse who is in pursue of

knowledge, and I know investing in me will not only be benefiting me but also the establishment, being

able to be a role model of the future, I will be more than willing to put in the work today.

For me, I see myself in ten years being at work in a medical setting as any normal person in the medical

would think, but in my case, I would want to see a more confident version of myself, being able to make

rational and decisive decisions and can properly lead a nursing team, to able to see that kind of version

of me in ten years from now motivates me to work even harder to pursue such goal as that.
