Telecaller

Job Overview

We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Telecaller to join our Sales
department.

Your main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to the existing customers as well as potential
customers. As a Telecaller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also
responsible for solving questions regarding the product or service provided by the company.

In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy
relations with them. You are required to understand the customer’s requirements and demands and
close the sales deal efficiently. You are also required to write down important information provided by
the customer and follow up with them on a regular basis.

As an ideal candidate, you should be an excellent communicator along with convincing abilities. Great
communication skills, amazing negotiation skills, and phenomenal telephone etiquette are essential for
this position.

Responsibilities:

 Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
 Contacting or attending existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
 Handling Client meetings and handle it from office only.
 Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
 Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
 Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
 Manage Customer emails and drafting emails
 Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
 Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
 Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.

Requirements:
1) High school or Diploma or Graduation.
2) Only Girl candidate preferred,
3) Work experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or a similar role in the Sales or Support
Department.
4) Great interpersonal skills.
5) Exceptional oral and written English communication skills.
6) Strong organizational skills.
7) Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
8) Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
9) Outstanding problem-solving skills.
10) Exceptional attention to detail.
11) Hard-working individual.
