Curtis checks into a hotel in Tokyo. He is given his room key for the 16th floor and told breakfast is on the 1st floor. However, when Curtis gets to his room, he finds there is no pillow, toothbrush or bathrobe. He calls the front desk and requests they bring these items immediately. The front desk apologizes for the inconvenience and says they will bring the missing items right away.
