STI College: History and Mission

STI began in 1983 with two campuses offering basic computer programming courses. It has since expanded to over 100 campuses across the Philippines offering ICT and business programs. The founders' unique value proposition of "First We'll Teach You, Then We'll Hire You" through a guaranteed hire program led to graduates finding jobs and the company's growth. While initially only offering short courses, STI has evolved into a college addressing the need for job-ready graduates through innovative and relevant education.
