Script for presentation:

The aspect of development assigned to Room 1 is Physiological

development. Physiological development is all about the
changes of our parts in the body. Like, the physical changes in
terms of growth and weight.

1. What are the possible positive and negative consequences

brought about by these changes?
-In positive consequences, we become more mature and
open- minded since it’s a change in hormonal processes.
Additionally, we have become more confident within the
changes that have taken place.
- In negative consequences, we feel insecure that the changes
in other people’s physiological development are even better.
Due to these changes, the self-esteem of people will be
reduced and it can cause anxiety and depression.

2. As a teenagers, what can you do in order to make the

changes in your life benefit you? What opportunities can open
up for you because of these changes?
- As a teenagers, we are capable to try the things we couldn’t
do once we were kids. We become curious about the things we
don’t know and want to experience it. Since we are already
physically capable, we will take the opportunities to satisfy that
curiosity.
3. What can adults do in order to help teenagers with respects
to this aspect of development?
- Most of the answers of my group mates are that adults can
help us to develop more. Since adults have a lot of knowledge
and experience, they can give us a piece of advice to be on the
right path.
