CYPRUS FLIGHT PASS: a step-by-step guide

You need to apply for your CyprusFlightPass within 24 hours before the commencement of
your travel from your Country of Origin to the Republic of Cyprus (either direct flight or via
intermediate countries).
Step 1: Go to [Link]

Step 2: Scroll down the page. Under REGISTER TO FLY, click REGISTER to create an account.
Enter your personal information, create a password then click REGISTER.

Step 3: Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email. Click ACTIVATE to complete
the registration process.
Step 4: You will be redirected back to the CyprusFlightPass website.

• If you have not yet been vaccinated, click APPLY HERE.

• If you have already been vaccinated, click APPLY HERE IF VACCINATED.

Fill out the required information accordingly.

Important Reminders for Vaccinated Crew: Time Frames for Travel Purposes

• Janssen / Johnson & Johnson vaccine


14 days must elapse between the completion of the required dose of the vaccine
(single-dose vaccine) and your travel date.
• Vaxzevria (AstraZeneca vaccine)
7 days must elapse between the completion of the required doses of the vaccine (two-
dose vaccine) and your travel date.
• Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine
7 days must elapse between the completion of the required doses of the vaccine (two-
dose vaccine) and your travel date.
• Moderna vaccine
14 days must elapse between the completion of the required doses of the vaccine (two-
dose vaccine) and your travel date.
Step 5: Fill out the form accordingly. Please use Latin characters only.
