This is a Problem identification from the data gathered in the


Community Profiling.

After proper evaluation, the community problem identified are


poor waste management and public health issues, with public
health issues as the most focused concern. The Municipality of
Plaridel has always experienced multiple health issues surfacing
within each barangay. According to the gathered data, the major
contributor of this problem is the ineffective management of
waste due to the residence being irresponsible and the local
waste collectors being negligent with their tasks.

The Municipality of Plaridel is currently still solving the


problem by educating the residence about proper sanitation and
how it affects the health of the community, giving them or
providing them with enough resources in combating this
community problem. The government has also educated the local
waste collectors and disciplined them for their negligence. The
community’s health has slowly improved after implementing their
solution in solving this issue.
