Company Time Attendance System is a cloud-based software which captures
employees TIME IN & TIME OUT from our biometric machines / Face Recognition
readers / Mobile Apps. The attendance data will real time sync to the Time Attendance
Software.
Time Attendance Software has the customizable options to create multiple shift patters
with different Overtime & Lateness rules. Attendance data can be linked to Company
Payroll Software or can be export to Excel, CSV or real time sync to other applications.

Daily attendance Staff details of time-in and time-out, overtime, leave taken, rest

Individual Whole month details of time-in, time-out, overtime, leave taken,

attendance report rest days, allowance etc,. for an individual employee in one A4
paper.

Consolidated reports Consolidates the Late comers, Early Leavers, Absents & missed
out punching

Lateness summary Only shows the late comers on that selected date
report

Performance report Monthly & Yearly wise employee late hour, no of times late,
Absent, Unpaid leave taken, Medical leave taken.
 Attendance ratio Number of employee present on every day and attendance ratio
report for it.

Offline Clocking
Even if there is no internet / Wi-Fi signal available, still our App can able to capture the
GPS co-ordinates of the Location (Latitude & Longitude).

Fake GPS Detection
Humans are smart, employees may try to do fake their GPS location. Our intelligent
Attendance App can able to detect whether any Fake GPS is activated, if so then the
employee not allowed to clock-in.
