 All Greek words must be italic

 General Attributes
 Chapter heading -All Capital—14 TNR/Bold.
 Subchapter –title case-12 TNR /Normal (e.g. Speech Processing).
 Sub-Subchapter –First Alphabet Capital case-12 TNR/Normal (e.g. Speech
processing).
 Page numbers for list of abbreviations /figures etc. should be in roman (small) at
the center of bottom of page.
 Title of the Report should not be more than two lines
 Text pages should be in times new roman. (Font 12)
 The page of the “CONTENTS” should be appropriate as shown in sample copy.
 Cover page should have (Mission statement of Institute) in inverted commas,
Symbol of Institute, Name of Department, and Institute.

 Binding
 Spiral binding considerable for project seminar report.
 Sample (References): ….. References should be in sequence as data is referred
for chapter preparation…
