It is my pleasure to write about Anus Ullah Shakir (ID # F2017054008). He is


known to me as my student when he joined the university as a student of BBIS
morning 4 years program. During his studies I always found him regular and
attentive.

I was instructor of Decision Models in which he was an active participant. He is


very punctual, energetic, and ready to face new challenges. He is fully
conversant in all modules of English (Reading, Writing, Listening and
Speaking).

In the light of his dedication to enhance his educational qualification and

Respected Sir,

Most humbly, I beg to draw your attention to my promotion case. I have


submitted my promotion case for Assistant Manager as I am working here at
UMT for more than 5 years and I have also improved my qualification to MS
Quality Management 2017-2019 session. That means I now meet the criterion
for Assistant Manager, but I was unfortunately promoted as senior officer.

I had submitted my updated CV as required by your office vide email dated 26-
01-2021. I had mentioned in my CV that I have completed all the degree
requirements of MS Quality Management and my degree is at clearance stage.
Due to COVID-19, I was facing financial crises, therefor I was unable to pay
my remaining fee to the institute. As soon as I got my arrears from UMT, I was
able to pay my remaining fee and applied for FT and Degree, which I will
receive on 25-06-2021. Necessary documents are attached for your perusal.
Therefore, I request you to review my case for promotion to the designation of
Assistant Manager.

I would be highly grateful if my case is considered positively and I am


promoted to the said designation.
