Subject: Letter to School Principal for Admission and fee concession.

Respected Principal,

Respectfully, I am the father of xxxxxxxxxxxx who was in class nursery in your prestigious
school.

However, given the impact of the covid-19 pandemic my income has gone down drastically.
Besides, my wife had to close her clothing shop and my family’s finance has been severely
disrupted. Hence, my daughter had to drop out from the school.

Now I want to admit my daughter in class KG 1 at your esteemed school.

In consideration of this pandemic induced situation, it is with regret that I am seeking the school
for assistance in admission and school fees. In particular, I would like to ask the school for a free
admission and 50% relief in school fees for this semester.
