a. What Is your preparation to condition yourself before playing badminton?
Before I play badminton I make sure that I will first conduct warm up exercise such as stretching
and some jogs to make sure that my muscles are ready to play [Link] are many times that I
easily got some mild sprains so I made sure that I will some stretchings first to minimize some
injuries. I usually stretch my arms and bend my knees for atleast 15-20 minutes.
b. What benefits can you get from doing warm up and cool down exercises?
There are many benefits in warming up and cooling down after the game. When we warm-
up , it reduces the risk of injuries and it also prepares our mind and muscles before we play.
Cooling down allows the body to return to its natural resting state and replenishes the
energy of our body.
c. Make a video presentation using warm up and warm down exercises.
