A ELECTRICAL CHECK
1 Master caution and warning lights.
1. Standby power system test.
Do an operational check of the standby power system according to AMM task 24-34-00-710-801 for
airplanes with single battery and to AMM 24-34-00-710-802 for airplanes with dual battery.
(AMP 24-080-00 and 24-100-00)
B IDG INSPECTION
1 Left IDG Delta P Indicator and Oil Level Inspection
1. IDG Differential Pressure Indicator (DPI) Check.
Do a visual check of the Differential Pressure Indicator located on the left IDG according to AMM 12-
13-21-200-802 (AMP 24-020-01)
2. Oil Level Check.
Use the sight glass on the left IDG to check the oil level according to AMM 12-13-21-200-801 (AMP
24-030-01)
2 Right IDG Delta P Indicator and Oil Level Inspection
1. IDG Differential Pressure Indicator (DPI) Check.
Do a visual check of the Differential Pressure Indicator located on the right IDG according to AMM
12-13-21-200-802 (AMP 24-020-02)
2. Oil Level Check.
Use the sight glass on the right IDG to check the oil level according to AMM 12-13-21-200-801
(AMP 24-030-02)
C DAILY CHECK
1 Accomplish IAW the last revision of the Daily Check Sheet.
D PAPER WORK
1 Attach the FORM 36-003-01 to a new RTA (instruction to fill the RTA are described in the form). Note
the new RTA number in here: ______.______.______.

PNEUMATIC DUCT PRESSURE SURVEY
MAINTENANCE ACTIONS BEFORE FLIGHT:
1) Open a RTA (ATA 36-00, SCHEDULED) and fill the DISCREPANCY field with the following text:
“TO PILOTS: In order to monitor the pneumatic system health of this airplane, fill out the attached duct pressure survey in the first
opportunity, and when you done, give it to the Maintenance Technician in the next station that you land.” STATION: ___________

2) Note the RTA number here: _____._____._____ Note the acft tail registry: PR-_______ MECH. ID:
3) REGISTER the RTA in AMOS system
4) Let the RTA open. Do not remove RTA carbon copies from the log book yet.
5) Note the RTA number in the proper field of the WEEKLY CHECK.
6) Fill also the STATION, DATE, NAME, SIGN and ANAC CODE fields of the RTA.
7) Attach this form to the RTA/LOG BOOK.

actions if necessary.

MAINTENANCE ACTIONS AFTER FLIGHT:
1) Compare the pressure observed DURING FLIGHT to the EXPECTED RANGES. Fill all the fields of the RTA left open previously (including
TIME (UTC), FLIGHT and LEG). Fill the “ACTION TAKEN” field of the RTA with one of the following STANDARD TEXTS:
A. FOR ALL PRESSURES DURING FLIGHT WITHIN THE EXPECTED (NORMAL OR ACCEPTABLE) RANGES: “Removed the pneumatic duct
pressure survey filled, Checked it and confirmed that the values are within the BO 36-003 and Boeing Service Letter 36-013 limits.”
B. FOR CLIMB/CRUISE PRESSURE BELLOW 18 PSI OR HIGHER THAN 50 PSI: “Removed the pneumatic duct pressure survey filled, checked
it out and there are values out of the AMM limits as instructed by BO 36-003. The faulty engine bleed system was released iaw MEL 36-5-2 CAT
C. Performed DDPG procedure iaw AMM 36-00-00-040-804.”
C. FOR DESCENT PRESSURE BELLOW EXPECTED RANGE: “Removed the pneumatic duct pressure survey filled, checked it out and there
are values out of the AMM limits as instructed by BO 36-003. The faulty engine bleed system was released iaw MEL 36-9 CAT C. Performed
DDPG procedure iaw AMM 36-00-00-040-805.”
2) ADITIONAL ACTIONS FOR CONDITION “B” AND “C” ABOVE: Open a new RTA to release the airplane according to applicable MEL
requirements.
3) ADITIONAL ACTIONS FOR “CLIMB PRESSURE BETWEEN 18-33 PSI” or “CRUISE PRESSURE BETWEEN 18-25 PSI”: Open a FREE
WORKORDER in accordance with BO 36-003 INSTRUCTIONS 4.6
4) Close the RTA. Remove this form from the log book, digitize and attach to the RTA/WO in AMOS system as soons possible. You can
discard this paper after.
