November 11, 2020 which has affected the lives of many Filipinos. Typhoon Ulysses

- Explanation: According to the website of DSWD Dromic Report, typhoon Ulysses also

known as typhoon Vamco is the Philippine`d 21st tropical cyclone in the year 2020.

- (read “It has entered the par (Philippine area of responsibility) as a tropical depression on

nov. 08, 2020”)

- Explanation: A tropical depression has a maximum sustained surface wind of 38 mph.

Typhoon Ulysses has a sustained surface wind of 150 kilometers (90 miles) per hour.

- Read (“It became a tropical storm on nov.10 and became a typhoon on nov. 11”)

- Explanation: Due to its strength, it became a tropical storm turned into a strong typhoon

which has caused evacuations and destructions of houses, nature, and etc. As far as we

have notice from the reports on the television, visible yung damages sa mga tao lalo na sa

Marikina na grabe yung flooding. Umabot pa lagpas ng tao even houses natabunan.

- Explanation: The data was gathered from an accurate source which is the DSWD Dromic

Terminal Report. In addition to this data, the most affected area of the typhoon is the

Cagayan valley, Isabela, and Marikina. This is from the website of Inquirer. Moreover,

Cabreros said that based on initial reports from the Department of Agriculture, the

typhoon left P73.788 million damages in the region’s agriculture sector.
