Grundfos PVC injectors are intended for use within Grundfos gas 5 Motive water connection (inlet/outlet)

• Choose a mounting place free of vibrations.
• The installation location must be protected from direct sunlight
and rainfall.
• Observe the permissible ambient temperature!

– Make sure, that the plastic coating of the spring is not
damaged.
18. Fit top part (90).
19. Fit screws (140) and tighten them diagonally with a torque
wrench.
– Torque: 2.5 Nm
20. At injectors with counterpressure range 0 to 7 bar fit screw
caps (200).
Reinstall the injector into the system and check the correct
functioning. Observe sections 5. Installation and

10. Spare parts


Grundfos recommends to keep some spare parts on stock to
