Overview
As a future teacher, one of your major roles is to know your learners. What are the things that keep them
motivated? Because the success of learning depends on your implementation effort.
This module provides information about the motivation of adult learners and the barriers to motivation. Through this
module you are able to make your own lesson plan intended for adult learners. Also, you are going to explain and
analyze the different curriculum designs.
Time needed to complete: 6 hours
Module Objectives: The module aims to:
1. Discuss the different characteristics of curriculum designs for adult learners.
2. Explain the teaching delivery in the classroom for adult learners.
