 Ericka Lois Villariza (Manager) - A travel agency manager plans, organizes, directs and
controls the operations of travel-related organizations. They also co-ordinate and direct the
activities of staff, overseeing not only the day-to-day tasks, but the hiring, training and
evaluating of staff members as well. Agency managers may also research new products and
destinations, often by traveling to them and experiencing firsthand the services available.
Responsibilities:
 Use operations management skills, such as establishing work plans and objectives
 Use financial management skills, such as overseeing budget
 Manage human resources, such as hiring and training staff
 Use sales and marketing skills, such as determining potential markets
 Co-ordinate merchandising functions through retail buyers

 Kinjee Opo (Financial Manager) - Financial managers advise the company on


appropriate business planning and help in decision making processes to ensure that
businesses are financially successful. This might involve advising on investments,
savings, pensions or insurance products.

Responsibilities of the job include:


 Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts,
commentaries and financial statements
 Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning
 Producing long-term business plans

 Harvey Castle (Auditor) - Auditors are specialists who review the accounts of
companies and organizations to ensure the validity and legality of their financial
records. They can also act in an advisory role to recommend possible risk aversion
measures and cost savings that could be made.
Auditors work in the accounting departments of a huge range of firms and with
independent chartered and certified firms, examining the money going in and out of
organizations and making sure it is recorded and processed correctly.
Key activities include:
 Collating, checking and analyzing spreadsheet data
 Examining company accounts and financial control systems
 Gauging levels of financial risk within organizations
 Checking that financial reports and records are accurate and reliable
 Ensuring that assets are safeguarded
 Identifying if and where processes are not working as they should and
advising on changes to be made

 Liaising with managerial staff and presenting findings and recommendations
 Ensuring procedures, policies, legislation and regulations are correctly

Accountant Responsibilities:
 Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial
regulations.

 Japs Nacuacs (Bookkeeping) - Being consistent, accurate, and minimizing errors are

have a knowledge of accounting and to understand how to use accounting software
systems. In larger businesses, a bookkeeper is responsible for overseeing and
reconciling hundreds of financial transactions. This is typically done with the
assistance of various software systems, and for this reason, technology literacy is

 John Patrick Monares (Operations Manager) - The Travel Operations Manager manages
all aspects of travel operations including reservations, ticketing, travel coordination and
customer support. He also handles tour assignments. He has overall control over day-to-
day operations.
He is service-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills. He guides the operations teams to
address any customer feedback and vendor management issues. He is able to think
clearly in emergencies and ensures smooth tour operations in accordance with
schedules.

you must be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent customer
service skills. Additionally, you should be able to up-sell and have excellent
knowledge of deals and savings available to customers.

Reservation Agent Responsibilities:


 Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel
options.
 Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and
budgetary allowances.
 Checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers’
desired travel dates.
 Helping plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of
interest.
 Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.

 Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
 Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or

 Mark Bustamante (Package Designing) - Package designers help clients meet
marketing needs by creating attractive packaging for products using creative
software and sketches. Strong interpersonal skills are often necessary, because
package designers work with accountants and business professionals to create cost-
effective packaging that meets consumer demands. They may also work with
copywriters, marketing experts and other designers to ensure that packaging meets
branding requirements and suits target audiences. Package designers may work as
in-house designers for design firms or perform work on a freelance basis.

Job Duties for a Package Designer


 Package designers begin the design process by meeting with clients to
develop an understanding of their packaging needs. They then assess
consumer tastes, market trends and product details to conceptualize package
designs. Together, clients and designers determine how to meet goals
pertaining to cost, safety and branding. Package designers may spend time
conducting additional research and meeting with suppliers or consumer
groups to develop ideas.
 Next, package designers illustrate their ideas. They may use hand-drawn
sketches or design software to create digital drafts. After they've developed
and edited a design, package designers again meet with clients to gather
additional feedback. The process of re-designing continues until the designer
and client are satisfied with the design.
 Package designers must then create a prototype that can be analyzed by
clients and management. They work with engineers, consumer safety groups
and accountants to ensure that their prototype is safe and cost effective. If
standards are not met, re-designs may be required. When a product design
gets final approval, it goes into production.
 Izza Sols (Medical Services) - Carry out medical examinations and consultations for
clients from a wide range of sectors including mission, humanitarian aid,

children and adults).
 Make referrals, both NHS and private to Specialists or back to the client’s
own GP where appropriate.

 Christine Faith (Travel Consultant) - Travel Consultants assist persons interested in
taking vacations, business trips or any type of visits to a different destination. They
assess their clients’ needs, budgets, likes and dislikes to make appropriate
recommendations. Consultants use their connections to hotels, car companies, and
airlines to get the best deals available.
Consultants must have extensive knowledge on a number of areas. This includes:
 Weather and climate
 Local and international geography
 Customs regulations
 Airline policies
 Travel documentation including visas, and passports
 Health and vaccinations
 Currency and exchange rates
 Travel advisories
Travelling to vacation destinations is also a part of a Travel Consultants job. This
allows them to learn firsthand about the accommodations, and travel experience their
clients will go through. This usually allows them to recommend these destinations
more readily.

 Scott Agapay (HR Assistant) - The HR Assistant duties involve a wide range of
support activities inside our HR department, from coordinating meetings to
maintaining our employee database to posting job ads. An important part of your role
will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth
communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. You’ll also assist in
creating policies, processes and documents.
