Hi everyone as you know,the covid epidemic is getting more serious these day, so to ensure that

people will be safe in these [Link] temporarily take a break from school to avoid epidemic at home

As a extrovert person I always enjoy being with people around me,so when the government give a
documentary about social isolation i really depressed at the start but then I realize is not bad as I
thought actually there are some indoor activities that worth my time to improve my self after these
day.

Firstly ,I decide to take a exercise for 20 to 30 minutes per day instead go to gym to have a healthy
body and I want to control my weight in these day so I will proud with my selft that I still look
[Link] next one is to learn how to cook though video that have in internet is very useful because I
can absorb the knowledge about the word cuisine I can make our family meal having more diversity I
cook for them a healthy nutriuous meal to improve our immune system,althought almost all store
and shop are closed these day but I find some supermarket that still work so I will go there to shop
for food and buy some necessary items for my [Link] to my hobby I also practice guitar I
reliaze that play some musical instrument that will make me to improve my mood and make me
more creative,learn some new skill that I didn’t have a change to learn [Link] up I study to
prepare well for the final test,I feel a worry about it because the test is so difficult and we cant meet
our teacher in school,but where is life there is hope i have more time to study and practice than in
school so I think I will get over it,after a long time of studying I spend my break time on social media
like face book to check my messages and to catch up with epidemic [Link] are just a few
