This exercise is for you, and yourself only. There are still a few tips I want to give you,
how to make the most out of it. Write rapidly – keep your pen moving, don’t censor
yourself just get it all down on paper.
Studies have shown that we are about 3 times more likely to act when we designed a
specific strategy.
Implementation Intentions are tiny strategies to make sure that you get what you
want.
The recipes for Implementation Intention is very easy, it’s a decision you make in
advance where you orchestrate your future behavior in a specific moment.
