C.E.R.A. Model

Write your reflection following the CERA format.


CERA means
Context (1st paragraph),
Experience (2nd paragraph),
Reaction (3rd paragraph) and
Application (4th paragraph).

 In the Contexts, these are the concepts or topics discussed. You say something
about the topics. After your short discussion on the concepts, you write your
Experience/s about the concepts.

 If you don’t have any experience about it, it is time for you to ask one of your
classmates to share one of his experiences to you so that you can relate it.

 Next, you write your Reaction about the topic/s or about your/his experience/s
and relate it to real life situation.

 Finally, write on how, why and when to Apply the topics or the lesson/s you have
learned to your day-to-day activities and/or in real life situation.
