1. Geotechnical Investigation Report for the location has not been submitted to this office.

Reply: Geotechnical report along-with Design reports has been already submitted two

times to your office, we are again submitting it .

2. Design report for said bridge has not been submitted.

Reply: Design reports has been already submitted two times to your office, in drawings we have

made some minor changes in foundation size which has not significant impact. Although one

more time we are submitting this for your record.

3. Grade of steel bars to be used is not indicated in the drawing.

Reply: Grade of Steel Bar is Fe500D, It was mentioned in report now we are mentioning it

in drawings notes.

. 4. Level for abutment cap (A1) indicated in Longitudinal section is different from level indicated in

Section of A1 abutment.

Reply: This has been updated in drawings.

4. Development Length (Ld) for steel bars is not indicated in the drawing.

Reply: This has been Mentioned in drawings

5. Center Line of Bearing as indicated in Typical Plan of Left and Right Bank Abutment is

mismatching with the placement of bearing as shown in Sections of Left and Right Bank

Abutments.

Reply : It has been now Modified accordingly .

6. The proposed gradient of road between chainage km. 396+000 to 396+650 is -7.18% as per

the plan and profile. As the gradient is extremely steep, special attention has to be given for

matching the profile of highway with the proposed bridge.


Reply : Previously Gradient at this location was more than 8% ,We have no option to decrease

it further ,kindly visit the site and suggest how to reduce gradient further .
