The project will be completed on 01/03/2016 and take 295 days.

5. How does the new duration compare with the estimated completion date generated from
Part 1? What does this tell you about the impact resources can have on a schedule?
Instead of being completed on 11/01/16 the project is now estimated to be completed on
29/02/2016 and take 35 working days longer. The implications are simple – “Project network
times are not a schedule until resources have been assigned.”

schedule.
