EW(R2) REPORT Temporary Electrical Installations Inspection Checklist For Construction and Building Sites This form has 13 sections and shall be filed up during site inspection in the presence of the owner / operator of the electrical installation. It may take at least 60 minutes to fil up the form, depending on the scale of the consumer's electrical installation. You will require your licence number and the particulars of the electrical installation licence to complete this report Note: ‘The original copy of this report shall be submitted to the Energy Market Authority of Singapore, in accordance with the conditions of the installation licence issued to the premises. All items in the checklist must be filled accordingly with a tick (/). Abbreviations: C - Comply, NC ~ Not Comply, NA ~ Not applicable The “Observation” on section 12 is provided for additional details including rectification action for unacceptable conditions. Where applicable, the LEW may supplement this Report with additional information.
