 TITLE OF THE PROJECT

My title of the project is ISP (Internet Service Provider) for a particular company named AIR
CONNECT NETWORK SOLUTION where I provide internet services for customer and make it
easy as well as cost and speed.

 INTRODUCTION (ABOUT THE ORGANISATION)
AIR CONNECT NETWORK solution is an Indian network provider company this company
established in 2011 and currently control from FATUHA. The Air Connect Network solution
founder is MR. Raushan Kumar. This company provide internet connection of customers in
FATUHA and PATNA. It also provides installation of physical connection device and helped all the
types of problem of customers.

TASK PERFORMED BY COMPANY: _

1.) Technical man, Materials (physical device) and helping services provide by this company.
2.) Air Connect Network solution worked through rule.
3.) This company is made possible by the cooperating attitude of mens.
4.) It is consisting mainly of people, forces, rules, system or attitudes.
5.) An organization can do the work 100 or 100,000 people depending on the plane in which it
exists.
6.) It provides postpaid and prepaid services.
7.) It establishes many network small ranges network to large range network (internet

 INTRODUCTION ABOUT EXISTING SYSTEM
AIRCONNECT NETWORK SOLUTION

Existing System has almost the functionality which an ISP expects in an ISP Billing and Subscriber
Management Software. To list few of the features, It is used to Employee Management, Billing,
Detail Reports, CRM & Helpdesk. It has almost everything that saves your time and makes your
ISP business a success, But some features are not in existing system which should be.

It is use to helps you to manage your internet subscribers at home, offices, hotels, educational
institutes, restaurants, cafes and anywhere you wish.

CRM & Helpdesk allows you to track and manage subscriber complaints effectively. The more
effectively you solve the complaints the happier your clients are. Happy clients is the first step
towards your success in this competitive market.

ANALYSIS: _
Before design software I have done my first investigation. I visited my AIR CONNECT NETWORK
solution company, there I saw some person works an account and some persons works on
inventory to keep physical accessories stock and etc. after the inventory I saw that account
department provide bill for a particular plan some manage professional are making to implement
and planning of any strategy.

I have seen what is requirement and what is its limitation.

We start our project with preliminary investigation which is an introductly investigation to determine
the feasibility of the system i.e., how convenient and particable it is? during this investigation we
evaluated project request at the end of this phase we collected complete detail of system
requirements.

➢ The objective of preliminary investigation are:_

• To clearify and understand the project request.
• To determine the size of the product.
• To access costs and benefits of alternative approaches.
• Determine the technical and operational feasibility of alternative approaches.

The project is evaluated with its alternative approaches for coast and benefits analysis along with
technical and operational feasibility. we collected our data through reviving organizational
documents on site observation and converting interviews with organizations members.

• REVIVING ORGANISATINAL DOCUMENTS

During this phase we first consider the system and personal involved or affecting the system
functionality. On the basis of our consideration, we collected documents of the existing system like
organizational charts, operational procedures, from, reports etc.

On_site observation: _ to examine activities directly we went to the site and observe office
environment, work load on system and the users, method of works, facilities provided by the
organization to their users and employees, importance of the required system etc.

Conducting interviews: _ by above two methods we could not collect enough details to make a
decision. That’s why we conducted interviews of associated person of existing system to know
more about the nature of requested project. During this phase we know about the associated
person’s qualification. Experiences (both technical and operational). knowledges, skills etc.

After preliminary investigation phase we concentrated an feasibility study of the proposed system.

FEASIBILITY: _
Feasibility study is used to determine whether or not on a project is worth doing. This phase is
necessary to decide whether to proceed or cancel the proposed project. This study is carried
through several level concentrating on different aspects.

Here are some points, we have determined: _

• Technical feasibility: _we have sufficient knowledge to complete this project and we can
make that organizations software in my software which we have been using.
• Operational feasibility: _ we have efficient man power to complete this project and make it
easy. There is no political issues to develop this software.
• Economic feasibility: _ we have sufficient cost to complete this project for the AIR
CONNECT NETWORK SOLUTION.

TESTING: -
Testing of this project will be execute after completion of the project.

 LIMITATION OF EXISTING SYSTEM

1. It is used only one personal computer: _

2. Internet connection is not allowed the field display “connection is not allowed”.
3. Only use admin no anyone can use this so these are limitation of ISP (Internet Service
Provider).
4. Employee management in the system is not software based.
5. You need to trust your ISP for uptime and security.
6. If your ISP is hosting many sites on a shared server this wil affect your site performance.
7. Risk of losing data.
8. Limited to a single branch.
9. No decision-making power.
10. No self-intelligent.

 OBJECTIVE

ISP is an acronym that stands for Internet Service Provider. An Internet Service Provider is a
company that provides Internet access to organizations and home users.

In this software we have to manage all the data of Air Connect Network Solution. In this we have
to maintain all the information of customer and customer related data.

Put plan for user and user enquiry me for plan then my helping department say all about the plan
and then customer say I want to this service then we provide.

We provide all the accessories of the installation of internet establishment and put data like sell of
accessories data about the physical device.

We provide billing and payment department to maintain billing record of customer that how much
price of plan and how much total installation cost and many more account related information.

Suppose that when user have facing any problem then he can contact my complaint department
and my help department write him problem and give a complain id and resolve problem by
technical department.

• Provide plan to the customer.
• Provide all the installation.
• We provide all the technical support for internet service.
• It is user friendly to the organization.

A device must have in order to use contain for ex:- a computer may require peripheral device

Before purchasing a software program or hardware device, we have checked the system
requirement to make sure the product compatible with our system.

When we look back to Visual Basic. We found it very popular language in past times.
But still Visual Basic is very useful and used widely. Especially for beginners. It will
provide the basic programming concepts and techniques. Which will be useful to get a
Strong programming foundation for future and latest programming essentials.
It was derived from BASIC (Beginners All_purpose Symbolic Instruction Code).
BASIC was developed in 1960 by professor John Kemeny and Thomas Kurtz. Purpose of
BASIC was to provide an easy programming language and for Windows Applications.
Microsoft Designed Microsoft Visual Basic in 1991, Microsoft released many versions of
Visual Basic.
Many Users are here who even don’t know what programming is so we have to develop
our concept for programming and basic foundation.

We will go for Advanced programming without leaving any topic for beginners. I remember
when i started programming i face many difficulties but only in start when i was beginner
now i can understand any code from different languages.

Once you have a grip to source code reading and basic syntax it would be easy for you to
take a step ahead without others help individually.

Visual Basic 6.0 or VB 6 is a programming language by Microsoft. Its commonly used to

develop Windows Based Applications. Its commonly used to develop Windows Based Applications.
It is very easy to use and understand, Visual Basic provides many tools to create applications and
software easily and quickly.

There are three different type of versions for Visual Basic: _

1. Learning Edition
learning edition is released to students or learners. Its equipped with all basic controls and
tools to get started.
2. Professional Edition
This version is for developers who already have programming experience. Learning Edition ,
controls and wizards are included.

Oracle Real Application Clusters 10g(RAC) enable a single database to run across multiple
clustered nodes in a grid, pooling the processing resources of several standard machines.

As of the Oracle Database 10g release, Oracle Corporation seems to have started to make an
effort to standardize all current versions of its major products using the "10g" label. Major products
include: Oracle Database 10;

An Oracle database is a collection of data treated as a unit. The purpose of a database is to store
and retrieve related information. A database server is the key to solving the problems of
information management. In general, a server reliably manages a large amount of data in a
multiuser environment so that many users can concurrently access the same data. All this is
accomplished while delivering high performance. A database server also prevents unauthorized
access and provides efficient solutions for failure recovery.

Oracle Database is the first database designed for enterprise grid computing, the most flexible and
cost_effective way to manage information and applications. Enterprise grid computing creates
large pools of industry_standard, modular storage and servers. With this architecture, each new
system can be rapidly provisioned from the pool of components. There is no need for peak
workloads, because capacity can be easily added or reallocated from the resource pools as
needed.

The database has logical structures and physical structures. Because the physical and logical
structures are separate, the physical storage of data can be managed without affecting the access
to logical storage structures.

Use SQL*Plus for moving data between the databases. This product gives you the ability to copy
data from your department databases to corporate Oracle databases.

earnest. A sales representative will identify the needs of the client and find out any relevant
information for making a sale.

The accounting department is responsible for keeping track of overdue invoice payments from
customers and uses a variety of methods to extract payment from them, including dunning letters,
phone calls, and attorney letters.

The accounting department is responsible for recording and reporting the cash flows, both in and
out, of a company. There are five basic roles or functions within the department:

complain register: _ Take complain from customer and try to remove the problem that has
come in customer network. after register complained send to NOC team. An NOC team test/check
the problem and try to solve the problem if NOC team haven’t solve problem then send to
technical department.

Inventory: _
Inventory management is a very important function that determines the health of the supply chain
as well as the impacts the financial health of the balance sheet. Every organization constantly
strives to maintain optimum inventory to be able to meet its requirements and avoid over or
under inventory that can impact the financial figures.

In my software here, inventory consist following information: _

1. Sell: _ A sales and marketing department has the responsibility for deciding where the
company should sell and what its prices should be. This includes choosing which, if any,
intermediaries the company will use, such as wholesalers, distributors or retailers.
2. Purchase: _ The Role of the Purchasing Department Also known as a
procurement department or a purchase department, the purchasing department support
company operations as the primary buyer of goods and services in private sector companies,
government agencies, educational institutions, or any other type of organization.
3. Product details: _ In which have all the detail about product which have purchase.
4. Supplier details: _The role of a supplier in a business is to provide high-quality products
from a manufacturer at a good price to a distributor or retailer for resale. A supplier in a
business is someone who acts as an intermediary between the manufacturer and retailer,
ensuring that communication is forthcoming and stock is of sufficient quality.

The future scope of this software is a lot because we know the. In this era has been becoming
toward a technical world this software provide all the type of solution of the problem which is
happen in open with copy maintain them.

We know that this is the technical era so many person(almost person) use internet without internet
today’s person like incomplete so internet is increasing day by [Link] person will to set up internet
connection from my company and I provide them a good services.

This software are organisation in future to maintain database of ISP in offline mode which will easy
to use. So most of the person prefer this. there are lots of this we can add in this software I can
add in more feature in which have user demanded updating.

In future I will also modify this software which will be works on internet access and put data in
online mode so, I will update this software time to time as per user requirement
