Specification of works:
Basement:
Earth work excavation for columns to a depth of 5'-6" to 6'-0" from the ground level
Filling the column pits with 3"(three inches) thick clear river sand , over and above
Laying of 4.5 inches thick 1:4:8 PCC by using 40mm jelly
Steel mats provision and erection of RCC columns by usinf TMT branded
steel rods, and laying of column footings with solid concrete by using
1:2:4 with 20mm jelly of a height of 1'-6"
Raising of RCC columns(9"x12") by using 1:2:4 concrete with 20mm jelly to a height
of 1'-6" above the ground level and alround the building structure
provision of [Link] in three lines in Cement mortar in 1:6 for
provision of plinth beam.
Provision of Plinth beam(9'x12") with required 16/12/8 mm RTS rods(TMT bars) to a
height of 1'-0". The total basement ht: 2'-0" from the road level.
Filling the basement wih well morrum and consolidation the same.
After consolidation Laying of bed concrete 1:4:8 with 40mm metal to a
thickness of 4.5 inches.
* Pest contol to be done before laying of bed concrete to Ground floor.
Water sump: 5000lts capacity(Tractor load) ( 3'x9'x6'-6" inner size)
Under ground water sump including earth work excavation,
sand filling, laying of Base concrete in 1:4:8 by using 40mm metal.
Construction of Brick work of 9" thickness by using
(LBI/VBW/SSI) bricks , and plastering the water sump inner walls
in smooth finish, covering the water sump with RCC slab and
2'x2' - Heavy duty Man hole [Link] .

Septic tank : Same as above with (3'x9'x6'-6" - inner measurments)
In two compartments - and provisions with inlet and
out let provisions. Centre partition with kadapa slabs and
top covering with 3" thick conventional Granite slabs.
Ground Floor: Construction of 9" thick brick wall in C.M 1:6 and raising of 9" x 1'-0"
and First floor: RCC columns ,roof beams/Consealed beams, RCC slab provision
Partition walls with 4.5 inches brick work only.
Provision of stair case as per plan with side railing in
[Link] sections.
Front Balcony with MS railings only.
Plastering the inside walls in smooth finish
and out side walls in sponge finish.
Joinery Items: Joinery items: Front main door and Window with Gana/nigeria
teak wood frames and all other D/W/V with country wood
frames and W/V shutters in two skin , one with SS mesh and the
other with Glazing, with necessasary - S.S. fittings and fixtures.

All other doors are with Flush doors
Toilet door are in PVC Heavy duty
For Ground floor and First floor Front door areas
Safety grill gates are going to be provided.
Electricity: Consealed wiring with necessary switch boxes with Gold medal
brand wires and switches.
Each room with one bulb/tube light and one ceiling fan
are going to be provided.
Air condition wiring for Bed rooms in Ground floor and first floor.
Flooring: 2'x2' vertified Double charger floor tiles
of Rs. 60/[Link].
For toilets flooring ans side walls with digital wall tiles
of Rs.35/[Link].
Plumbing and [Link] lines
sanitary: separate lines for sewage and wash water
E.W.C provision ( Rs. 3000/-) and wash basin provision in
Toilets and extra wash basin provision in Hall cum dining area.
