INTERCESSION:
On getting to the pulpit
• Give a stirring testimony and
lead the people to pray.
• Read prayer requests and
• Lead them to pray
(NB. The prayers should not
exceed 2mins.)

OFFERING:
Proceed to collect offerings as follows:
• Say “It is now time to give our tithes and
offering to the Lord. Therefore put your
hands in your bag and pockets and bring
out your offering. Raise them up for
prayers”.
• Then read a scripture relating to offering
e.g. Mal 3:10; Lk 6:38; 1Cor 16:2 and then
pray.
• Tell the people to open their eyes and drop
their offering in the bags that are being
passed around them and remain in the
mood of prayers (2 minutes)

today is your first time, so we can bring
you our pastor’s greeting”.

Deeper Life Bible Church:
(1) We meet on Monday for the Monday Bible Study
for systematic study of the Bible, so that we can be
strong to live balanced and consistent Christian life.
The time is _____
(2) On Thursdays we gather together for the
Thursday Revival and Evangelism Training Service. It
is the time our lives are revived and equipped for
fruitful soul winning and effective service for the
Lord. The time is ____
(3) On Sundays we meet for Worship service. We go

OFFERING COLLECTION
“It is now time to give our tithes and offering to the
Lord. Therefore put your hands in your bag and
pockets and bring out your offering. Raise them up
for prayers”
Then read a Scripture relating to offering and then pray
and say.
“Drop your offerings in the bags that are being
passed around and remain in the mood of prayers”.
Leave the pulpit as the offering collection winds up for
the CONGREGATIONAL SONG to be taken by the pastor.
Return again to the pulpit after the congregational
songs for the Bible reading.
(The time for the moderation is 10 minutes).

THURSDAY REVIVAL & EVANGELISM TRAINING SERVICE
PRAYERS:
On getting to the pulpit, the moderator will
proceed as follows by saying:
“Let us rise up for prayers”
Quote a promise from the Bible, and stir the
people to pray for about 1 min
Prayer Request to be read for prayers in
categories i.e.
1. Salvation and spiritual needs – (1 minute)
2. Other spiritual problems – ( 1 minute )

OFFERING:
Stop and collect offerings by saying:

•Then read a Scripture relating to offering and then
pray.

Resume the prayer requests: Spend 4 minutes to treat
more prayers in categories like: Sickness and demonic
attacks, joblessness and barrenness, academics etc.
Then raise the others up for the congregation to pray
on them.

“Because of God’s presence in our
church, there are always people who
have been blessed and who will want to
share their testimonies with us. It is now
time for testimony. As you listen, God
bless you…”
(Run just moderate comment finally on
the last testimony to introduce the
pastor’s message so as to prepare the
hearts of the people for the message).
