1. What is Benchmarking?

Benchmarking is a systematic and continuous process to evaluate the products,


services and work processes of organizations that are recognized as
representatives of best practices, with the purpose of making organizational
improvements.
Benchmarking is a process through which references and information from other
brands or companies are collected where methods and strategies are adapted
within the law, inspiration and new ideas are collected by comparing a company or
brand with its competitors or leaders of the market.
The main objective of benchmarking is to increase the quality level of the products
or services of a company or brand, taking into account the characteristics of other
similar products or services that lead the market.

It is a continuous process where the products, services or work processes of the


leading companies are taken as a reference, to compare with those of the
company and make improvements and implement them. If we take as a reference
those who stand out in the area that we want to improve and study their strategies,

achieve a high level of competitiveness.

quality.

most influential languages worldwide.
The importance of supply and demand in the market and the key terms for the
proper development and growth of the company or organization are defined. There
