II- RATIONALE:

Painting maintenance is an important aspect that directly affects our students, parents, current
and potential investors and teachers. Our external environment has a real impact on our attitude and
motivation. An on-going maintenance plan ensures that the school environment is kept clean and
beautiful despite the pandemic that we are all facing now. Importantly, the appearance of school
buildings is the first interaction a prospective student or patron has with our school, and if this is less
than optimal, it can turn them off- even before they set foot in the building. To encapsulate, it is our
duty to present the school in its best condition.

The teachers at L National High School Annex have been very active to maintain the
beauty and cleanliness of the school after it had been used as an Isolation Area For the past few
months. The school staff took initiative to do general cleaning and even sought immediate help
from our stakeholder for the clearing. Without the full cooperation and effort made by everyone,
the school wouldn’t have regained its safe and vibrant appearance.

This time, it is our aim to repaint the three-classroom building which serve as the
distribution area of modules in different grade levels. The walls and ceilings of these rooms have
old and worn-out paints which may be worsen if not given immediate attention. We are also
aiming to repaint the flagpole
area and the entrance and exit gates. With that said, the best action would be to fix and repaint
these areas to improve its appearance .

III- OBJECTIVES:

1. To repaint and maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the 3-Classroom Building,
entrance and exit gates, and the flagpole area
2. Extend the useful life of school buildings.
