Request for Copyright Seminar and Support

The STE Program Coordinator at J.H. CERILLES STATE COLLEGE-Canuto MS Enerio Campus wrote a letter to the Academic Programs Director requesting assistance with copyrighting research studies conducted by BTTE students. Copyrighting the studies would allow the School of Teacher Education to use the research for an Income Generating Project in partnership with the local government. The coordinator also requested a seminar on copyright so faculty would have basic information on the topic.

LORITA P. ANDOT, Ph.D.

Academic Programs Director
JHCSC-Canuto MS Enerio Campus

Dear Dr. Andot,

To enrich our STE Research and Extension, we planned to use the research studies of our
BTTE students for the Income Generating Project of the School of Teacher Education
through linkage with the WEMRIC of the Local Government Unit as our partner in this
endeavor. However, we can only make the plan into reality when we can copyright all our
BTTE-Food and Service Management research studies. Aside from that, we need a seminar
on copyright so that we would have basic information regarding this matter. Along these
lines, we would like to request your good office to bring this matter to our Campus
administrator.

I hope that this matter will be given a favorable action.

Thank you.

Very respectfully yours,

REBIE MARIE E. MATILDO, MAED-English
