Law of Evidence II: Section 112 & 4

Section 112 of the Indian Evidence Act states that facts admitted need not be proved. Section 4 states that the Evidence Act applies to all judicial proceedings but not proceedings before arbitrators. The sections together mean that facts admitted in a judicial proceeding need not be proved in that same proceeding.
