Day 1:
A. Motivation:
Ask the participants the following questions:
Have you ever received a feedback from someone else?
What is the most effective feedback you’ve ever received?
How do you know its effective?
B. Activities:
Present and discuss the different types of Rubrics used in assessing students’
assessments, the steps in rubric constructions.
C. Analysis:
Ask the participants the following questions:
1. When to use Holistic and Analytic Rubrics ?
2. What is the importance of using rubric in assessing students outputs

Hands-on Activity
Let the participants apply the new learnings they gain from the session to create
their own rubrics that can be used in the assessment of students’ outputs during
this COVID 19 pandemic.
