0 EFAS MATRIX
The EFAS table (External Factor Assessment Summary) is a method of ranking external factors
into the usual categories of opportunities and threats. In addition, it can also investigate how well
the management of a specific company responds to these specific factors. The perceived
importance of these factors to the company. To generate an EFAS table for the employers
analyzed, complete the following steps: In column 1 (external factors), list the most critical
opportunities and threats facing the company.

6.1 EFAS MATRIX
External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS) is described as an evaluation that consists of diverse
