HSE Management Walk Report - May 2021

An OSH/EHS weekly management walk was conducted at the Riyadh City South N-6 & 7 project site on May 30, 2021. Representatives from ARCADIS and SBD inspected the site and identified several health and safety issues. Two issues requiring immediate action were a lack of safety arrangements for material shifting and inadequate excavation protection. Other issues needing attention within 3 days included no logistic arrangements at access roads and a lack of welfare facilities. Photos documented specific problems like missing COVID-19 information and uninspected lifting gears. The report requires appropriate parties to take actions and close out issues based on their assigned response categories and dates.
