A NARRATIVE REPORT
FIRST QUARTER CARD DAY

Card Day is considered a Culminating Resources/Activities/Performances

wherein at the end of every quarter, schools are encouraged to put up exhibits of
student/pupil products across subjects or learning areas. Learners may also do an
exhibition of their performances standards and receive certificates for their
achievements inside the class. Thus, when parents receive the report card and confer
with the teachers, they will be witnessing what students are learning in school.

The said activity was held at the school level and it was started at exactly 9
o’clock in the morning with the help of the stakeholders and parents in preparing the
said activity. The program started with a prayer and welcome message which was
conducted by Mr. Mark Jay Q. Bongolan, and also discussed the important matters that
the parents must know for the continues improvement and development of their child
inside the class. It is indeed very crucial to have a parent- teacher adviser conference
since it’s the best way to have feedbacking of students’ performance. It’s the best time
to give students’ strengths and weaknesses for pupil’s improvement.

Afterward the activity followed by giving certificates to the achievers who made
their best work in the 1 st quarter. The certificates were given by the adviser to the
learners together with their parents and took a picture for a documentation purpose.
Afterwards, everyone had a chance to have a glimpse at pupils’ output through a
gallery.
