• Extend warm Welcome with a Smile, Thank & Congratulate.

• Understand member’s preferred language on call and continue the call in the same language.

In case, you are not sure, you can confirm the same. E.g. “Which language are you comfortable

with?” and then continue.

• Explain the purpose of the call & highlight the point of discussion.

• Keep a standard flow to ensure that you have captured/shared all the details.

• Discuss/Confirm all the fields in member’s profile whether it is updated or not updated.

Ensure that Profile Completeness is 100%.

• Capture the Family, Health Details and Hobbies & Interests completely.

• Ensure that you have understood the religious & social background detail completely

including Astro, Manglik, and Gothra etc.

• Discuss entire Partner Preferences in case profile is not validated. If a member shares any

preference on welcome call should only discuss that particular parameter with the member. 13
