For this study, we came up with how to help students that are suffering from lower back pain during
online classes. The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in schools to shut off its operations as a result,
education has changed dramatically, with the distinctive rise of e-learning, whereby teaching is
undertaken remotely and on digital platforms. while online learning/teaching is present a lot of students
are suffering from lower back pain, we all know that students are not allowed to go outside of their
houses in this pandemic but we have solution on how to help them decrease the pain that they are
enduring, by using webinar as a platform to communicate with our participants to help them decrease
their pain. in our webinar we are going to give them some advice and even teach them some exercises to
help them achieve the level of being comfortable in order to study well during online class. we are
hoping by the end of our webinar, we can see some progress in our participants.
