1 Introduction
Human Resource Management is a MC4 for the DBBM course & MC3 for the
DBHC/DBACC course.

2 Module Aims
The module will provide students with an understanding of the importance of human
resource management in an organisation.

Assessments consist of an individual written test, a group project, class participation


and an end-of-semester examination. The weightings and formats of these
