COMES NOW DEFENDANT, through counsel, unto this
Honourable Court, most respectfully states:
I.
ADMISSION
1. Subject to the affirmative and negative defenses set forth in
the succeeding paragraphs, Defendant only admits Par. 2, 3
and 4.
II.
DENIALS
For lack of truth thereof and subject to the affirmative and
negative defenses set forth, Defendant respectfully denies the
following allegations in the Complaint:
1. Par. 5, for Defendant has paid his obligations as seen from these
deposit slips attached as “Annex A”

2. Par. 6 and 7, for Defendant has not received any demand letter
prior to the filing of the said Complaint
3. Par 8, for Plaintiff has no cause of action in filing the above
entitled case.
III.
PRAYER
WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed
that –
1. The unwaranted and baseless complaint filed by plaintiff be
dismissed;
2. That Plaintiff be ordered to pay defendant the following sums of
money:
a. PHP100,000.00 as moral damages;
b.PHP100,000.00 as exemplary damages;
c. PHP100,000.00 as attorney’s fees;
d. PHP100,000.00 as litigation expenses;
Other reliefs deemed just and equitable in the premises are
likewise prayed for.
