Probability Definitions Table

Level Definition Value (%)

Very low Risk event not expected to occur. 10%

Low Risk event less likely than not to occur. 30%

Medium Risk event may or may not occur. 50%

High Risk event more likely than not to occur. 70%

Very High Risk event expected to occur. 90%

Example:
Level: High
Defintion: The risk has happened frequently in similar projects
Value: 50%
Impact Definitions Table

Level Definition

Minor Does not affect project and problem could be solved

Moderate The project might face potential problems

Major The project will be delayed for safety issue or an emergency

Catastrophic The project has the protentional to be stopped or delayed
