This proposal is given with reference to the personal discussion had with [Link] (Vishwaam
InfoTech) by our marketing director [Link] towards development of online Order
Management System with Invoicing System for Multi ISP's.
Scope
The scope of the project is to develop the Order Management System with Invoicing System
using a codeignator framework. The functionality should be based upon the newer version and
entirely independent to the other system. The entire development would be Responsive Design
(Mobile compatibility), modules are Order Management, ISP Management, Customer /
Vendor Management, Lead Management, Invoice Management, Customer Portal, Order
Tracking, Plan Management, Ticketing processing, Online Payment integration,
offers/discounts, Enquiries.
This site will be developing with PHP program language and data bases managing system MySQL.

CUSTOMER DATABASE
View Client Dashboard Including: Subscribed Services, Account Balances, Mapped
Location, Activity logs, History of Client Notes, Documents and etc...
CLIENT PORTAL
provides a service portal for customers to access directly.
Clients are enabled to view their active services or invoices
They can pay online or setup a recurring payment subscription using their credit card or a
payment gateway account.

Auto-responds to customer email, assigns a ticket number and allows your staff to track

workflow, and more.
NETWORK MONITORING
Complete, integrated network monitoring system included, based on from ISP's
Discovery, collection and graphing with frame work.
percentile and volume billing
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Online signup page with immediate credit card authorization and provisioning. Integrated
payment gateways which enable clients to create subscriptions easily. Including PayPal,

Customer self-care including invoice viewing, one-time and recurring payments, adding and
removing services, and password changes.
Customer grievances to write your own self-service pages.
Customer will get all transaction details as SMS/Email.

General Terms& Delivery
An order confirmation letter (purchase order) from you would be required confirming the order,
pricing.
Delivery – Overall 120 working days from sign of PO and advance payment.
Phase wise Delivery:
Phase 1-Beta version will be released – 60 Days
Phase 2- Full Module - 60 Days
Technology: PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Jquery
Status report on the project would be sent once in 15 days.
Payment Gateway: Customer should take care of to create a Merchant Account with Payment
gateway and get the integration API to us. So that we will implement the Payment Gateway.
AMC (Annual Maintenance Charges) - Upon installation and training e-Commerce webportal
will be covered through AMC at 20% of the development cost per annum. Hello India would
enter into a separate agreement with client which would govern the services to be provided.
